For eight years, Bootie SF has been cybercasting live from DNA Lounge to the virtual party of Bootie Second Life, which takes place at The Level. But tonight, Bootie Second Life comes to Real Life, as the party at The Level gets projected onto the DNA Lounge's big video screens! Bootie SL's Keela Latte hosts. Bootie resident DJs Entyme and Tripp will keep the mashups you love going in the Main Room late into the night, while Smash-Up Derby takes the stage for a live rock mashup show at 11 PM, and aerialist Caitlyn Kilgore flies high above the dance floor for the Midnight Mashup Show!

Upstairs, Cirque du Cliché takes over the Lounge, as DJs Airsun and Cosmic Selector spin music guaranteed to keep you bumping on the dance floor, while in Above, it's Gaslight Mafia, as DJs Jazzy Fox and Tomas Diablo manipulates classic jazz, using modern sounds and techniques to propel the past into the future, making you jump, jive, and wail with meticulously-crafted sets of electro-swing. Mz. K, the sultry chanteuse of Vau de Vire Society & Sex Bombe Kabaret will be singing over one of JsinJ's swing+house mashups shortly after midnight. And, in the Dazzle Room, it's Bump Twerk Boom, with DJs Rockit and Ryan Andrew making you bump, sweat, and grind with bootie-twerking bass! All this, plus drag host Holy McGrail, free Bootie mashup CDs to the first 100 people, and club photography by ShutterSlut!

Launched in 2003 by San Francisco DJ duo A Plus D, Bootie was the first club night dedicated solely to the then-burgeoning artform of the bootleg mashup -- and is now the biggest mashup event in the world, with regular parties in several cities. Winning various nightlife awards for the past 12 years, Bootie celebrates pop culture both past and present, keeping your brain guessing and body dancing with creative song combinations. Mixing and matching every musical genre, era, and style into one big dance party, it's a place where everyone is welcome. And with free mashup CDs given away like candy, Bootie provides the soundtrack for the A.D.D. generation.
