Bootie is, like, totally ready to ride a wave of nostalgia -- it's Retro Night, where more than four decades worth of music to get all mashed up! Pull on some bell bottoms or a pair of shiny tights, curl your hair like Farrah or wear it greasy like Kurt, throw on some big plastic jewelry or pop up your Polo collar, because this is going to be a rad retro party, done up Bootie-style! Bootie Mashup DJs Lobsterdust, Entyme, Adrian (of A Plus D) and JimiG mix and mash all the artists and genres you love into dance floor shaking magic, while Smash-Up Derby takes the stage for a live rock mashup nostalgia tour at 11 PM, and aerialist JonBenet Butterbuns flies high above the dance floor for the Midnight Mashup Show!

Upstairs, Cirque du Cliché takes over the Lounge, as DJs Airsun and Seven spin music guaranteed to keep you bumping on the dance floor, while in Above, it's Gaslight Mafia, as DJ JsinJ and guests bring electro-swing and more to tempt swing dancers and club dancers alike! Plus, in the Dazzle Room, it's Bump Twerk Boom, with DJs Rockit and Ryan Andrew making you bump, sweat, and grind with bootie-twerking bass! All this, plus drag hosts Suppositori Spelling, Willard, and Shelix, free Bootie mashup CDs to the first 100 people, and club photography by ShutterSlut!

Launched in 2003 by San Francisco DJ duo A Plus D, Bootie was the first club night dedicated solely to the then-burgeoning artform of the bootleg mashup -- and is now the biggest mashup event in the world, with regular parties in several cities. Winning various nightlife awards for the past 12 years, Bootie celebrates pop culture both past and present, keeping your brain guessing and body dancing with creative song combinations. Mixing and matching every musical genre, era, and style into one big dance party, it's a place where everyone is welcome. And with free mashup CDs given away like candy, Bootie provides the soundtrack for the A.D.D. generation.
