Girls Rock is a series of female-highlighted benefit concerts. Over the past few years, Girls Rock has raised money for the SF AIDS Foundation, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the Tsunami Relief Fund, and Oakland Children's Hospital.

Girls Rock is currently raising funds for victims of drunk driving to help support Maya Love (of all-girl Bay Area punk band, Blasfemme) and James Rhoda (Oakland resident). On October 5th, 2013, a drunk driver hit Rhoda just outside of the Ruby Room. Three weeks later, Love was hit by another drunk driver in the same area. We're putting forth all our efforts to help these friends.

Girls Rock has a fantastic lineup of bands willing to lend their support and perform at this event, including special guest headliner: Punk Funk Mob from the east bay. This will be a great show of with an eclectic lineup for with proceeds going to help Rhoda, Love, and other victims of drunk driving.
