So Coachella sold out before you could get tickets to the big festival? Come out for the next best thing: Bootchella! Resident DJs Adrian & Mysterious D - along with Bootie's very own live mashup rock band, Smash-Up Derby - will be playing music from Coachella artists all night! But there's one big twist - they'll all be mashed up!

For the Midnight Mashup Show, Alexis Von Fierce - host of Club 93's weekly Thursday night drag show Toolbox - will take the stage to mash up two Coachella artists. And in dance tent, er, the upstairs room, Future Universal DJs KidHack, Mario Muse, and Pete bring the electro remixes. It might not be the "real" Coachella, but it's 3000 percent cheaper and you won't get sunburned!

Launched in 2003 in San Francisco by A Plus D -- aka DJs Adrian & Mysterious D - Bootie was the first club night dedicated solely to the burgeoning artform of the bootleg mashup -- and is now the biggest mashup event in the world, with regular parties in several cities on four continents. Keeping your brain guessing and body dancing with creative song combinations, Bootie mixes and matches every conceivable musical genre, era, and style into one big dance party where everyone feels welcome, providing the soundtrack for the A.D.D. generation ... and free mashup CDs, given away like candy!
