What’s the difference between a band and a live show? I would have thought the former was a subset of the latter?
Things like Hubba and Mortified are live shows, but do not have bands. For the purposes of my statistics, a "DJ event" is anything that is not a live show. It is not a perfect taxonomy, but it is mine.
Also the band count is the number of individual bands, not the number of shows that had at least one band at them.
Congrats. May you hit many more milestones.
I strongly suspect that all the bars in my city over the last 20 years would not have 7,000 live shows between them. Living in a government town sucks.
