2-Sep-2023 (Sat) Wherein we NEUROBLAST

If you didn't pick up your copy of the NEUROBLAST HyperCard DiskZine at last night's CYBERDELIA, you can still read it online in glorious 1-bit emulation. This issue includes music, comics and game controller reviews, Kate Libby's poetry, plus a couple of contributions by yours truly. Hack the Planet!

Really impressive work of art from everyone involved.  Coming to terms with the fact that this really has become the dystopia we were warned about isn't easy, but seeing that case made so eloquently in a HyperCard stack on archive.org along with some fun retro distractions at least provides a sliver of hope, or at least a nice hit of nostalgia to take the edge off if the bad guys keep winning.

Great retro design, and FANTASTIC essays written by you. 🌉

I also loved the Candice Dayoan's about about being the techie n00b (and feeling self-conscious about it) who discovered techno/EDM via the Hackers soundtrack. Also, thank you all for reminding me of the neGcon 🎮. I don't think I've seen one of those in person; just in an old issue of GamePro way back when.

Went to run this on my 68k Macintoshes and, of course, both are out of action. The Quadra needs the BlueSCSI swapped out and the SE/30 seems to have a problem with the analog board.

    Truly amazing.

    Listening Duran Duran’s Future Past.

    Is the future already?
