A valid photo ID is required for entry to 18+ or 21+ events.

A valid photo ID is required to purchase or consume alcohol.
If you are over 21 but can't prove it, you may attend all ages events,
but you may not drink.
All events are general admission: first come, first serve.
Seating is limited: no reserved seating.
All sales are final: no refunds, no exchanges -- unless
the event is cancelled or rescheduled. You will be notified if this
occurs if you have provided us with a valid e-mail address.
If an event is rescheduled, and you elect to receive a
refund, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to the newly
scheduled event in order to be eligible for a refund.
We will never share your email address with anyone.
No cameras. (Cameras are often permitted, but
not always, depending on the wishes of the performers. We won't know
until the night of the show.)
Will-Call Tickets
Tickets must be picked up at the venue's box office.
Unless otherwise noted, you may pick up your tickets
starting at the posted door time, or any time after the event starts
as long as the box office is still open.
To pick up a ticket order, you just need to know two things:
the full name on the credit card used for the purchase; and the six
letter confirmation code.
This means that if you are buying a ticket for someone else,
they need to tell our staff the name of the person who purchased
the ticket, as well as the confirmation code.
If you are unable to pick up your order because you do
not have the confirmation code, we will not process a refund for
this purchase.
