Everyone loves a birthday at Bootie, and no one more so than resident DJ Tripp, who will be celebrating his B-Day Bootie for the 7th year in a row with a special prime-time set! Also celebrating a birthday will be fellow b-day boy DJ Jay-R, spinning on the main floor into the late night, while DJ Dada gets the night kicked off in style!

For the Midnight Mashup Show, Vau de Vire Society continues its Bootie residency with an aerial hoops performance from the amazing Sylphie. And in the upstairs room, DJ Bus Station John returns with the same rare vintage disco-funk records he plays at Tubesteak Connection, his long-running Thursday night party at Aunt Charlie's in the Tenderloin.

Launched in 2003 in San Francisco by A Plus D -- aka DJs Adrian & Mysterious D -- Bootie was the first club night dedicated solely to the burgeoning artform of the bootleg mashup -- and is now the biggest mashup event in the world, with regular parties in several cities on four continents. Voted "Best Club Night" for the past six years, Bootie keeps your brain guessing and body dancing with creative song combinations, mixing and matching every musical genre, era, and style into one big dance party. Providing the soundtrack for the A.D.D. generation -- and free mashup CDs given away like candy -- it's a place where everyone is welcome.
