As frontrunners of the nu-disco sound and bonafide blog darlings of the world, Australia's Miami Horror have been on a roll ever since their first releases in 2007. What started as one synthesizer-obsessed producer (lead singer/producer Ben Plant) huddled over a laptop in a bedroom studio has since evolved into a 4-piece live band/disco supertroup defying the genre limits of rock and dance music while becoming one of Australia's most popular exports. The group's debut LP, Illumination, was released in late 2010 spawning 3 hit singles -- "Sometimes", "Holidays", and "I Look To You" -- helping propel the band from indie blog darling to international buzz-band.
