A benefit for Omeid International.
All the money raised at the door is earmarked to build an
orphanage for Afghan children displaced by war. Omeid International is a 501 c3 public charity human rights based organization operating in the East Bay and in Kabul, Afghanistan. Our mission is to restore hope to the lives of Afghanistan's children of war; by removing them from a state of anguish, isolation and persecution, toward a future of hope, opportunity and justice inherent to our most primitive human rights. Wars and other conflicts, regardless of their political meaning or benefit always leave in their wake a devastating trail of destitution and hopelessness, especially for children. These kids have no politics. They have neither desire for property, prestige or domination over others; rather simply they struggle only to survive to see another day. Every day, these kids face the dangers of hunger and disease along with the constant threats endemic to failed state sin the third world, including extremists, human and opium traffickers and other such predators who prey on these helpless children. |

Death Guild &
DNA Lounge present SPETSNAZ |
Performing live: Spetsnaz With DJs: |
Electro-berzerkers Spetsnaz were formed in Sweden in 2001.
With the powerful vocals, frenetic pounding bass lines
and relentless rhythmic assault, Spetsnaz have the aggression
and the melody to be the missing link between the heavy scene
and the pop scene. Inspired by pioneering acts like DAF, Front 242, Die Krupps and Nitzer Ebb, the duo's on-stage presence is as intense and energetic as the music with Pontus moving all over the stage, screaming at the top of his lungs, and Stefan fiercely beating his drum pads. Each beat and each note fits tightly in its place, the rhythms lashes out brutally at you and the sequencers seem to be pushing you forward with loud shouts of "Go! Go!". |

Nachtmahr With DJs: |
Inspired by numerous years of DJing, Nachtmahr is the missing
link between merciless and provocative Industrial and the
hammering power of Techno. The first release Kunst ist Krieg
(Art Is War) and its club hit BoomBoomBoom instantly
conquer the dancefloors and earn the band a slot on the
soundtrack of the American block-buster movie SAW 4. With the release of the full-length album Feuer Frei! the success of the EP was exceeded by far: Germany's biggest and most influential dark music magazine Orkus quoted: "This is the new standard for the electro industrial genre". |
